Restrict user release quarantine email

Hi everyone,

I created a policy in "email security" to allow users to get a summary of quarantined email, but I don't want that user can auto Release or Delete the quarantine mail

I want users to be able to see what was quarantined and when they decide to Release or Delete the mail, the request go to the IT and the IT decide whether Release or Delete the email

If you untick in Central the option to release the email, for example for Spam, the user should not have the option to release it.

This would be a Feature Request. I'd recommend you reach out to your Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Sales Representative so that they can enter this request into our system.

Additionally, you can use the in-product feedback in the Sophos Firewall located in the Top Menu Bar.
