Web portal encryption & S/MIME

Question

hello, 
 we have S/MIME activated. But for some recipients we want to use web portal encryption. We tag the subject line with web portal encryption, but the mail will still be encrypted using S/MIME. 
 will sophos include an order of which encryption to choose?

Hello Infinigate ,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Its by creating a separate policy for the users you want for SMIME to be used. So SMIME will only be applied to them and the others will have a policy that have SMIME disabled. hence a different encryption can be applied to them.
