Password reset error

Hi 
 I am trying to login to Sophos Central to deploy my new XGS-118. However, my password for Sophos Central has misplaced and i tried to use the rest password option but i keep on getting an error message saying "Authentication Failed. Please Check your credentials and try again. This error comes after interesting new passwords.
