Hi folks
After the last update of Win11 I could not log back into my Notebook.
In the central I see my computer with the user "wsiaccount", I need to uninstall the last upgrade and it turns out that I have Bitlocker active.
I cannot find the recovery key. I also do not have a valid encryption license, therefore any document within the online help is not applicable to my case.
I opened a ticket to Sophos and they still have not been able to respond to me concisely. I understand that the data must be saved somewhere, does anyone have any ideas?
