I'm encountering an issue with Sophos Central where, after logging in during the morning, I receive an HTTP ERROR 401 when trying to access the Partner Dashboard later in the afternoon. The error message states: “This page isn’t working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner.”
I use Google Chrome. This has been happening for years.
The only workaround I've found is to either switch to a different browser or clear my cache to regain access. Has anyone experienced this issue or know what could be causing this behavior? Any guidance or solutions would be appreciated.
