This does appear to be a bug currently on accounts with an MDR license. If you wish to open a support case related to this, I suggest adding mention of "CPUI-11645" so your support case can be associated to the ongoing investigation.

Thank you for reaching out to the community forum.

It shouldn't be like that. Clicking the "Sophos Logo" should route you to the Sophos Central Dashboard and not to any product subscription you have.

Can you raise a support case for this one to check this further?
