Yes, the login would start with the domain name or if the user is standalone then with the device name, you can remove both of them and then ask the user to login to the system.

the login is a domain logon and it is for LAPTOP88 and NB132028 . Can i remove the domain login for both computers (it is the same login creditals)?

You can perform this by changing the login on the right side of the screenshot you have shared, the filed would be login. Here below is the screenshot for your reference.

Thank you for your quick response. However, I am interested in removing an existing connection between a user and a computer (see screenshot). The user now only works with NB132028. LAPTOP88 is now assigned to another user (this works). However, I would like to remove the connection to LAPTOP88 for this user.

The user switching generally happens automatically and it will be updated on the central once the new user logs in. However, if you would like to do it manually, then you can go to the people's page and open the user in question and change the login associated on the right side. let me know if this works for you.
