Hi,
today all access points (myself and customers) are marked as offline in Sophos Central wireless but thankfully are still working. Are there any troubles in central (EU)?

Hello Josef,
Thank you for reaching out to the community forum.
We’re checking this issue with our internal team and will get back to you for the update.
Can you share with us which region your Sophos Central is pointing to?
This account is located in the Germany region.
Anyway I got again blocked in this forum because I also tried to post a link to the Sophos Central Status page! This is ridiculous.

Hello Josef,
Our team is aware of the issue and is now working on a solution. They’ll be updating the status cast Shortly.
Also, may we know what firmware version you're currently running and the AP model of those devices showing offline?
mostly APX530 an APX320 but also a few AP100 and AP55. Firmware is v2.3.4-5 everywhere.

Thank you as well.
Also, we received an update from our internal team not to reboot any of those access points that show offline as they might not return online after reboot.
