Audio only Bluetooth

It is not yet possible to do this. You’ll need to allow the detected Bluetooth audio device for it to be permitted. Currently, Bluetooth audio devices are not recognized differently from other Bluetooth devices.

If you would like to see this feature implemented, I suggest sending in a feature request by reaching out to your Sophos Account Manager. 

I would like a setting from sophos central to have block bluetooth but only connect bluetooth headphones which only transmits audio but no data or file sharing.

It is Possible or not...?

This isn’t possible. Blocking Bluetooth will entirely render the adaptor offline; hence the said setup can't be executed.
