Offline activation servers for version 5.22 are down (March 2020). What to do?

I try to reactivate Sandboxie 5.22 using https://www.sandboxie.com/license/activate-offline.php, but error 504 (the request could not satisfied) is occured. Is any solution?

Sandboxie is actually free. Download last version.

Yes, but unfortunately versions newer 5.22 arent compatible with Windows XP.
