Just a comment: I've read the EULA but it's very hard to get a clear and legally valid response to the question.

It would be great if a clear statement was done by an official Sophos representative on the specific doubt.

FWIW ~ IMO anyone may use Sandboxie Free.

A new license agreement will apply to licenses of the new unrestricted, free version of Sandboxie made available for download.
