Sorry, I don't understand.

This link points to the main Sandboxie download page.

If I then follow the Contributed Utilities and BorderGuard links I get nothing.

I have looked at the old forum and every reference to the utility points to the Wayback Machine which says this URL has not been saved.

Okay.  Whats "a contributed utility" and what's "BorderGuard"?

"Contributed Utilities" was a section of the old forum where people shared utilities related to Sandboxie.

BorderGuard - Display borders around sandboxed windows

Paints borders around sandboxed windows. Unlike the border settings in Sandbox Settings > Appearance, can paint a border around more than one window at a time.
