Puremessage 4.0.3 Install on Exchange 2016 -Dispatch Error #3092- COM error code ox800e14e

IntallingPureMessage 4.03 on standalone Exchange Server 2016 with remote database on SQL 2014 . installation script fails with Dispatch Error #3092- COM error code ox800e14e while Windows was configuring PureMessage
