Pure message shows no traffic either internal or external on activity tab

I have a client who we are upgrading from Exchange 2003 to 2010. They currently use Pure message across the estate and have been doing so for many years. The 2003 servers clearly show the traffic flowing through the server and the actions being taken.

The 2010 servers show no traffic at all in the activity log even though between the 2 servers we have over 80 users. As a result I have had to leave the internet gateway server as the old 2003 bridgehead as i am not confident the mail is being scanned.

I have run get-transportagent and the results are below. Any advice and guidance would be really appreciated as I need to look at decommissioning the old servers
