Went home yesterday and everything was fine. This morning, no Emails are being delivered to our clients. Looking at the Exchange 2013 with PureMessage, the following can be seen:
- PureMessage Service won't start. It is in limbo, Windows tries to start it for hours now. Can't manually, stop/restart whatever.
- PureMessage fails to update. ESC update log shows error 0x80070422 for PureMessage or sometimes 0x800706ba (sadly, the knowledge base does not contain much on it).
I don't really know where to start.
Finally, support assisted in uninstalling the whole PME manually and install a fresh copy. Couldn't figure out a way to fix the issue.
