Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail

Hi,

I am using Sophos Firewall (XG210 (SFOS 17.0.6 MR-6)). I am getting some bounce back mails from 1 month. Earlier same mails are going smoothly.

Mail body is start with Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail

Please help on this.
