Installation of new version of Sophos Connect wiping current Imports?

hi All,

Just rolled out update 1.1.12 to labs and i've just found it wiped all the connection configurations I was testing and I have to re-import.

Is this by design? A little frustrating if it is.

My upgrade did not wipe the configuration...

I know it doesn't help but it's just to let you know.

Hi Pete,

Good to know regardless, did you do a GUI installation or a script installation of 1.1.12?

Wonder if it is the difference of method of application.

Hi Emile,

No the upgrade should not wipe the configuration. Please note that the configuration saved in based on the user profile.
