I added the firewall but cannot accept it in the portal.
How can I solve this?

I've seen the same situation, unregistered firewall without license does not work.

If the original poster was trying to join a firewall that has not been registered, then it's expected behavior that it won't be manageable by Central. If it's registered, then more info would help in troubleshooting.
