Issue-1 Gateway status down.

I have reported bug for the same. Reference ID: NCCC-4409.

Do you have 2 Gateway configured at SFOS side?

Issue-2  interface status issue

SFM show interface status down for unbound and unplug interfaces of SFOS. We already have improvement request for the same.

SFM team has try to reproduced the issue in our local setup but issue did not recreated. SFM need live session to check the issue.

Can you email me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) your SF and SFM device admin login credential, GUI and SSH access to check issue further or provide us the live session?

Can we know the you have configured single gateway or multiple gateway in SF Device?
