I get instant error, when i try to update the PCs in our Company. I Thing Sophos XG is blocking that.

Microsoft can't install important security updates on your PC.
Please contact Microsoft Support for help with this error.
Please provide the support representative with this error code: 0x80190001
under Web Exceptions i got this: But it does not help....
its not the XG, its a Microsoft Bug.
Search the Error-Code on MS and you find a lot of Posts

it IS the XG !! I need some help please :-)This is the screen when i go trouh Sopohos with my Windows 10 PC. (Gateway 192.168.0.2 <- the Sophos XG)I can click on Try Again, but it comes instant this error.
When i dont go trough the Sophos XG - i changed my gateway in Network settings to Router (Gateway 192.168.0.1 <- normal Router) - no Problems after i hit Try Again.
So what to do now in the XG? Have a couple of PCs, and i dont want to change the Settings at all.

do you use V17.0 MR5?
There is an issue with Microsoft updates in the Proxy - Fixed in MR5.

i got today some other users wich had problems with some comulativ updates. e.g. :
After avoiding the Sophos XG in Network settings, updates went trough. need some fast help!
regarding to my post above, i would recommend you to update to MR5.
hey. ok we have the update now to: SFVUNL (SFOS 17.0.5 MR-5)i testet, but:
cant download this or that: 2018-02 Cumulative......
If you go to Web \ Exceptions, is the Microsoft Windows Update exception turned on?
Had the same issues, searched the web and finaly ended up adding the following exception:
For me windows 10 causing the same issue, but with windows 7 ultimate latest version things working pretty smooth. Do give a try by downgrading your win version.
