I've noticed our devices that are licensed for Sandstorm are not reflecting in SFM. We are running the latest SFM build and our devices in question are running 16.05.5 MR5.

I couldn't find this in the latest KIL or release notes. Any insight on what might be causing this?
you should be discussing this with your reseller/partner who can review your licence and/or raise a ticket with Sophos.

Thanks Ian. We actually are a reseller/partner. I tend to put issues like this up here in case others have the same issue.
Ravi is generally pretty quick to review/respond, but if not I will raise a support ticket with Sophos and update this thread.

Please upgrade your SFOS device to SFOS 16.5 MR-6 which was released in last week and check the status of the issue in SFM 16.5 GA.
