Sophos XG210 Unsynchronized with Sophos Central Firewall Manager

Hi all, I have a problem with our customers firewall and Sophos Central Firewall Manager.

In the Connected Devices I found the XG210 but is not synchronized.

The firewall now is under the NAT, and I set in the XG firewall page

Where did I go wrong ?

Hi,

Check the drop logs or the log viewer section if anythin is logged reageding the failure.

Hi,
