SCFM Reporting False License Warnings

Can you provide your Partner Account name in SCFM, so i can check your issue with CFM team.

Does all your XG units have unlimited license with expired date Tue 31 Dec 2999 like below snap?

Hi Ravi,

Looking at the XG in our office, the Base License is Tue 31 Dec 2999, but the rest of the license modules are only until March next year.

Our partner account name is "2 gen Pty Ltd" afaik.

Sophos have release the concept of Unlimited Base License (Tue 31 Dec 2999) for XG devices.

That change has been not taken yet in CFM.It will be resolved in future SCFM release.

Ok, sounds good! Do you know when the next release will be implemented?

Also, I'm assuming because it's a Sophos hosted service, it will automatically update.

I don't know the when the next release will be implemented. I will update you once issue has been resolved in CFM.

Issue will be covered in upcoming release of SCFM which is SCFM-MR-4. Tentative plan to release SCFM MR-4 by mid Feb-2017
