Hi there,
We have 20 or so XG units in our Central Firewall Manager. All are showing as Online and sync'd, but when I go to System Management > Device Settings > Firmware, it just says "No Records Found."
I've tried telling it to Check for Latest Firmwares numerous times over several days, but it still shows nothing.
What would be causing this? I'm assuming it should show a list of all available firmware for all my XG units?
