Hi, I've an appliance that synced a couple of configurations but, when I tried to deploy a template, it stops syncing.
Checking on system logs (on SCFM), I've a (sub)line with "success" applying the template, but in "father" job it's still "in progress".
All subsequent tasks are "in progress".
I adjusted the time zone on appliance, but nothing changed.
Appliance has been rebooted many times.
In console, I can see the appliance as connected, but not synced. I see correct alerts for gateway/connections going down, I can see the correct IP of appliance. I tried to manually update firmware on appliance.. on CFM I cannot see the new firmware version installed.
I'm pre-configuring appliance, so it's behind another sophos XG (now, with a per-IP "allow all" outbound rule). Appliance is configured to fetch config from CFM.
No differences if I use https or syslog for heartbit.
