Problem with status on SFM

Hi guys,

I configured the SFM to manager my firewalls, and followed the KB to include my firewalls and all the firewalls are included well, but in the part of "Device Status" some firewalls appears like "unregistered", but I checked in register of firewall and is okay, is registered inside of administration.

Do you know something about this problem?

The connection status is shown as RED. Is there any connectivity issue between XG and SFM?

Hi,

No, when I included this device in SFM connection appears green and before go to RED, because the status unregistered.

Thanks for the information. This would be better handled by Sophos Support as they will need to check the logs from Sophos XG to find connection to SFM and in SFM for the respective update in the GUI of the SFM.
