XG states as disconnected in SFM after IP Address Change

Hi,

i have changed IP Address of an XG Firewall that is registred to SFM (not SCFM !). The XG stays as "disconnected" in SFM.

The connection Test runs successfully.

Do i need to delete the XG in SFM an re-register or how can i reconnect the device ?

Hi Ralph,

You mentioned it, but have you already tried deleting the device from SFM and re-adding?
