Unable to connect to SCFM as a Partner

Hello,

I'm a Sophos Partner and I wanted to test SCFM in order to migrate the XG Firewalls I manage from my SFM 200 Virtual Appliance to SCFM.


When I go on my Central Partner Console, here is the message: 

 

If I go on my "My Sophos" page then in "My Applications" and I click on Central Firewall Manager like this: 

 

I got a new page like that: 

Then after a few minutes I got an error: 

I'm the administrator of my Partner Portal and I don't know how I can get access to this SCFM...

    Thank you for your answer.

    I'm already in contact with him, and he is trying to find a solution, but it lasts for a while and the SCFM is still not activated. I don't really know if he will find a solution one day...

     

    I'm just wondering if anyone from here working at Sophos could find a solution or not.
