  • Hi,

would recommend to try another browser and try another central partner account.

If the issue persist, please open a Case with support, because this message can be related to a privilege issue in partner portal.

    Cheers

  • Hello ,

The reason for this error is because the user does not have access rights to the Device Inventory page.

    What to do

Give access rights to the Secondary Administrator to access the Device Inventory page.

    1. Login to SCFM with your primary Admin login credentials.

    2. Go to System Management > Accounts Settings > Administration Users.
By default, the secondary administrator will have the Device Administrator profile but will not have access to the Device Inventory page.

    3. Go to System Management > Accounts Settings > Administration Access Profile.
Click Add to add a custom profile.

    4. Give a name to the custom profile and in the Account Settings section, click the Read Write radio button for Accounts and then click Save.

    5. Go back to System Management > Accounts Settings > Administration Users to edit the secondary administrator's profile.
Select Device Inventory from the Access Profile drop-down menu and then click Save.

    6. The secondary administrator/user should now be able to access the Device Inventory page.

NOTE: Firewall devices for which a customer has accepted requests from MySophos but not yet configured Central Management settings in Firewall will appear under Device Inventory.
