I configured a SSL VPN on my XG, but when I login to the User Portal I get the following error: Could not generate config file. Please contact your Administrator.
This is when I download the Config File for other devices (in my case a Mac OSX).
I'm on the newest firmware.
How can I fix this?
I've the same issue. Have you fixed it? I'm on version 16.01.2 (222).
I am successfully able to download the config file on my MAC-Book. Try to download the file from a different browser.
If that doesn't work, try restarting the GUI services. Take SSH to XG and go to Advance Shell. Execute, service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

I have the same issue on a newly installed XG with the latest release.
Already tried to regenerate all the certificates and already did a factory reset with backup upload but still not working.

Hi, yes already tried this as well, but on change.
It is really strange.
Is your appliance "registered"?

yes. I fear that it is due to an error while running the wizzard the first time.
I had to run it a second time and it could be that I have to do a full factory reset and complete new configuration.
