Is there a log that tracks successful logins/connections made by Sophos Support Technicians? Our firewall unexpectedly rebooted during business hours and I'm curious if Sophos Support was connected at the time.
Hi Derek Preston You can go to Log Viewer and Check for "Admin" and "Authentication" events.You can go to Reports >> Compliance >> Show >> Events.Sophos Technical Support will not change/modify/apply without customer's consent, you may navigate to above-given steps to check events.
