Thank you for your fast answer. Is it right that in a single subscription is only standard support (i.e. 90 days Support, 1 year hardware-replacement) included and the enhanced support is only in the Bundles (Enterprise Guard, FullGuard) included?

This is how it works at the moment. You need to buy the enhanced using additional SKU.
