I have been trying to renew the license on the XG85 that I bought last year with a built in 1-year EnterpriseGuard license. So far, 2 re-sellers, 1 Sophos chat session, 1 Sophos support ticket, and 1 Sophos Sales person, I am still not able to get a definitive answer on how I can renewing the license.
Please help as it expired 10 days ago.
