Sophos is investigating reports of XG Firewall users who are experiencing errors trying to register to Sophos Central.

[Update - 8/18/2019 3pm EDT]This issue is being actively investigated by Sophos Engineering. We expect to have another update by 5pm EDT today.
I experienced the same problem.
Sophos Support said that i should try registering the XG using Incognito Mode.

An update was released, and we are seeing successful Sophos XG Firewall registrations with Sophos Central now.
Any users still experiencing issues related to XG and Central registration are requested to contact support and reference this article for further investigation.
