I have installed two FW of the same reference XG550. Now I need to activate the HA. I select in active-passive mode, as shown in the following images.I have reviewed this information:https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123174
Initially, the transfer of configuration and synchronization packages is activated and started. After a while the two teams are placed in primary mode, causing collision of data and information and finally the two are deactivated. In both cases the final client is without service.Thanks....
Did you verify that the prerequisites are followed for HA deployment as mentioned in the KB article you referred to? To investigate further, we need to look into the following log files:
