Cannot get plex to work

 This is how i've setup my rules: 

I can confirm externally that the port is open, however the plex site indicates no connection.

    Could you provide the packet capture for port 32400 ? I would prefer tcpdump  or packet capture on your UI >dagnostics>packet capture . 

    Command for console > tcpdump 'port 32400

    Please check if the rule is Natted or not .

    Turns out it was user error...when I installed Sophos, I redid my internal network and had the wrong internal IP mapped.  Thanks for the response though!
