I am able to successfully authenticate to the user portal. However I am unable to connect to the clientless access connection. I get the below error:
Error: Protocol Security Negotiation Failure
I created the firewall rule for vpn access but I think there is another rule above it that may be conflicting.
can you show the error and the firewall rule?

on the rule remove the flag "match know users" and try again.
Tried removing that option. still an issue.

can you share your clientless access settings and bookmark too?
on the remote machine uncheck the option “Only Allow connections form computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication”and see if use RDP inside bookmark.

I have a follow up question. I cant seem to download the VPN client. Am running windows 10. I get the following error. looking at the downloaded client it has 0 bytes
