Dropbox throwing a "website is blocked", categorized as Freeware and Shareware, even when exception is created.

I noticed on multiple clients of mine over this week that Dropbox is now categorized as "Freeware and Shareware" and is being blocked.  I don't know if this has always been categorized as such, but I have exceptions in place that allow Dropbox and it appears the exceptions are not working for it.  I have even created a bypass filter in the firewall settings for that specific FQDN and it's still throwing the "Return to previous page" or "Proceed" screen.  This was working fine up until this week.  Has never been an issue. What is going on?
