I had Installed Sophos Network Agent (iOS version) on new iPad.However, certificate file downloaded from Sophos XG450 user Portatl cannot be imported.
When I checked the information in the certificate file, it was related to "Scenarist Closed Caption".
Cause the file name is ClientAuth_CA.scc, and the extensions linked to ".scc".
Troubled iOS 13.1.1 (7th generation iPad)Certificates can be imported without problems on elder versions of iOS 12.4.3 (iPad Air).
The file relationship can change on Mac OS at Finder, but can not change on iPad (iOS).
How do I import a certificate?
I guess you have this issue:
In reply to lferrara:
Hi Lferrara You suggest the following subject;”This is due to changes made to the required certificate standards by Apple when authenticating certificates with Mac OS 13 Catalina.”Is this the same for iOS 13? I think this subject is the same as the below, but there is no response till now.https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/authentication/105074/authentication-client-certificate-on-ipad B/R
In reply to jun-2:
This is a known issue and there is KIL issued for it and can be found on our KIL list: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124067
Currently development are investigating a fix for this and at this moment, it looks like this could be resolved by the end of the week. However we would still need the application to be signed and accepted by Apple.
This is being tracked under ID: NC-51432
In reply to KingChris:
Thanks for letting me know the problem has been listed on KIL and is currently being fixed.
I’m looking forward to the trouble will be fixed and hope that the Sophs Networking Agent application will be approved by Apple as soon as possible.
