I configured hotspot with password of the day and type my email address but I didn't receive the password via email, what may cause this problem? is that need an email gateway ? if yes, how to configure ?
Hotspot will place the Email in the inbuild mail service.
Can XG send you a mail via Notification service?

XG has a Notification System. https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123327
The Hotspot relies on those Settings.
So basically, if you set up the own Build - In Mail server on XG, Hotspot will simply place those Mails into the build in Server and send it itself.
If you have a external Mail server, XG will send the Mail via external Mailserver. https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124935
But the configuration has to be correct.
thanks LuCar, its working and password of day was sent successfully, but there are a lot of test mails not sent (log viewer says email has been accepted by device and queued for scanning) and all mails only sent to gmail no other domains.
