I recently got Sophos central. I've installed endpoint on 10 PCs, and that works fine. Whenever I install web gateway, it starts a continuous reboot cycle for the computer I install it on. I removed endpoint and web gateway, and reinstalled web gateway on it's one. Same problem. I then uninstalled web gateway and installed endpoint, no issue.
My units are all windows ten machines with no other antivirus. Why is this happening with web gateway? Nothing in the logs tells me anything.
