Description~~~~~~~~~~~The appliance is repeatedly failing to retrieve data updates fromSophos. The appliance may not be using the latest detections. Pleasesee System > Updates for more information.
Remedy~~~~~~This issue may be due to a network problem. Perform NetworkConnectivity test under Configuration > Network > Network Connectivityto test network connections. If there are failed network tests, checkyour network settings. If there are no network test failures, contactSophos support.
