Scan FTP feature enable for FTP server which is working on Secure TLS port.

I am using Sophos XG Firmware 16.05.3 and I want to enable Scan FTP in our main firewall rule where my all live users traffic are pass on. Currently when enable Scan FTP option then my Secure FTP server connectivity is not working and when I uncheck the option that FTP server connectivity is working fine but I am not getting any upload download file logs when I disable that Scan FTP check. So I request you do research on it on high priority and give us solution for connectivity with Secure FTP server with TLS option with Scan FTP feature.
