ISSUE: SWA unable to do web categorization currently.

**UPDATE** This issue is now resolved as of 3:30 PM Pacific, 3/14/2017.

Due to an Amazon S3 issue, changes are not propagated, so customers are not able to get a web categorization in some cases. We are tracking this issue and will post updates here and on our Twitter account @SophosSupport.
