9.413-4 AP15 wireless networks. clients cant connect to network every ~24 hours.

I have been having a persistent issue at a client site where devices cannot connect to the wireless networks after a certain amount of time.

 

this has been forcing me to disable then enable the networks every day to allow devices to connet again.

 

I have2 AP 15's on site, each working over a POE netgear switch.

one guest on separate zone and one internal network bridged to lan.

 

Seems like around 11:00 pm the devices are no longer able to connect, and then I log in to the firewall in the morning to disable/enable. which allows for re-connection until the issue resurfaces.

    Hi, Jacob, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    If you search here, I think you'll find that this is a problem associated with 9.413 in a few, rare cases.  Check with Sophos Support to see if they have a fix  for them other than going back to 9.411.  Please let us know what you learn.
