UTM becomes unresponsive while adding more APs or reconfigure wireless network settings

Hi all.

We have a 320 UTM with firmware 9.405-5, one AP30 and two AP15.

Currently, there is a wireless network with WPA2 Enterprise on a Windows Radius and a guest network with Hotspot enabled. Everything working fine.

Now, when we add a new AP (AP55 or AP55C) or when we change some options within the Wireless Protection Section (eg. adding a new wireless network) the UTM becomes unresponsive and the CPU goes up to 100% for about 10 minutes. Web-Proxy connections went away and every RED device that is connected disconnected (timed out).

While connected via SSH to the UTM and reading "top", snort and httpproxy processes are the one with the most %cpu.

Does anybody has an idea what could happend and how I can stop this?

What do you find in the IPS and http logs? Anything suspicious.
