Exchange 2013 and WAF Outlook Anywhere not working

Question

I know there are loads of posts on this (as I've worked through pretty much all of them!) 
 Firstly, we have confirmed that Outlook Anywhere and Autodiscover work as the connectivity works fine with a DNAT rule 
 We've followed Network Guys setup https://networkguy.de/?p=998 
 When we turn off DNAT and turn on WAF we just get repeated logon screens from Outlook. 
 Does anyone have a definitive, up to date working guide for setting this up that we can check against?

 This seems to work for me on Exchange 2013 when I followed the 2016 setup 
 
 I had everything working apart from outlook anywhere before doing that. If using NAT everything worked fine like OP says.
