I used to believe (and was told) that the UTM used the McAfee Smartfilter database as it's backend categorisation database, however I've seen a few URL's being blocked as "uncategorized" and when you check/submit a re-cat request on "https://www.trustedsource.org/en/feedback/url" it has one already assigned to it.
