user through Proxy can not access internet

hi anyone

i have a litle case about my proxy. before it i have no problem with it. but since yesterday all users through proxy can not accessed internet.

i try to search on google before it. is this problem with my squiq maybe ? or you can any others analyze with it ? fyi, but users with no proxy can accessed internet.

Hi Ragil,

Are you using standard mode with the Web Filtering? Show me the configuration and a picture from Filtering Option | MISC | MISC Settings.

Hi Ragil,

Could you verify, if port 8000 is configured in the browser proxy settings? Show us http.log and check if the "user" field is populated with the AD user.

Please refer, Sophos UTM Logfile information
