Since 16.05 MR4 the issue has been fixed by disabling micro-app scanning. more info on this thread:

I am using UTM 9 and current firmware version is 9.501-5.

Are you able confirm if it is the one with the known issue?

I moved the thread to the right forum.

I guess you are using decrypt and scan. You need to create an https exception. Have a look at this thread:

We just started receiving the same message within the last few days across our 3 different UTM 9 devices.  We are only using URL Filtering not Decrypt & Scan.  Not sure what would have changed to cause this and we have been using almost exact same config for a year now.  Were you able to resolve this?

Have you imported the Proxy CA into the clients' browsers?
